Kathy
CEO & HR
Kathy is the CEO and HR Manager at Elect Electric, bringing a strong foundation in people and business operations. She holds a Business degree from San Diego State University and previously worked in HR for San Diego Youth & Community Services.
A mother of six, Kathy has homeschooled her children from kindergarten through high school. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, reading, music, and playing piano.

Audrey
CSR/Office Manager
Audrey is the Office Manager, CSR, and Dispatcher at Elect Electric, helping keep daily operations running smoothly. A recent homeschool graduate with honors, she has a natural talent for working with people and clear communication.
She is certified in QuickBooks Online and is continuing her education through courses in business management, customer service, and office administration. Outside of work, Audrey enjoys grabbing coffee, doing puzzles, spending time with her sisters, and connecting with friends.

Danny
Senior Electrician/CFO
Danny is a California-certified General Journeyman Electrician, C10 Electrical Contractor, and General Contractor. With a background in large commercial construction—including high-rises, performing arts centers, and retail—he founded Elect Electric in 2004 and now focuses on service work, helping clients with clear, practical solutions.
He serves as CFO and Senior Electrician and holds certifications with Tesla, SPAN, and FranklinWH, along with training in home electrification. Outside of work, Danny enjoys time with family, staying active, and the beach.

Natalie
Electrical Trainee & Social Media Expert
Natalie is an Electrical Trainee and third-year apprentice at Elect Electric, as well as the company’s social media lead. A homeschool graduate with honors, she enjoys working with clients and takes pride in helping people while developing her skills in the trade.
She also runs a lamp repair business and manages a growing social media platform where she supports and promotes independent authors. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, biking, and grabbing coffee. She is currently working toward becoming an author herself.
