Elect Business Risk Management Membership

$59 per panel per month · 12-Month Agreement

Business Risk Management provides documented electrical panel oversight designed to identify potential failure points before they become operational disruptions.

Each covered panel begins with a required $450 baseline assessment establishing documented system condition. This includes infrared thermal scanning, connection verification, breaker performance evaluation, grounding review, load observation, and panel documentation with photo records.

After the baseline assessment, each designated panel receives one structured annual risk review including infrared scanning, connection verification, and updated documentation. Clients receive a written summary outlining observations, identified risk factors, and recommended corrective actions for budget planning or insurance documentation.

Coverage applies only to designated panels and requires an approved Not-To-Exceed (NTE) authorization.

Elect Business Priority Account

No Monthly Fee · Commercial Clients Only

The Business Priority Account is designed for commercial clients who want simplified approvals and dependable response without a maintenance contract.

Clients establish a required Not-To-Exceed (NTE) authorization amount beginning at $500, which may be increased as the relationship develops. This allows corrective work to proceed immediately up to the approved threshold without additional approval calls.

A card on file is required, and service is billed upon completion. Priority Account clients receive 5% off standard commercial repairs. No inspections or proactive maintenance services are included in this program.

Commercial Service Structure

All commercial programs operate under flat-rate (book) pricing. Repairs and installations are quoted at a fixed price based on scope of work — not time and materials.

Commercial service visits are subject to a $350 minimum service charge per dispatch.

All program clients must establish a Not-To-Exceed (NTE) authorization amount. If projected work exceeds the agreed threshold, a flat-rate quote will be provided and approval is required before proceeding. The NTE amount will not be exceeded without authorization.
