Members receive 15% off our standard repair and installation pricing. Applies to most residential electrical work including repairs, panel upgrades, EV charger installations, lighting improvements, and safety upgrades.

Members receive preferred access to scheduling when service is needed. When our calendar is limited, members are scheduled first whenever possible.
🔎 Annual Electrical Health & Panel Review
A structured, professional system review designed to identify hazards early and keep your home operating safely.
Includes inspection and evaluation of:
• Main panel condition and breaker performance
• Grounding and bonding integrity
• GFCI and AFCI protection
• Smoke and life-safety devices
• Surge protection status
• Receptacles and visible wiring condition
• Electrical load and system capacity
• Electrification readiness (EV chargers, battery storage, solar compatibility)

💡 $400 Annual Member Upgrade Credit
After 12 consecutive months of active membership, members earn a $400 credit that may be applied toward approved electrical upgrades or improvements. The credit must be used during a scheduled service visit or annual review and cannot be redeemed for cash.
How to Join the Home Systems Membership
Every membership begins with a professional Initial System Review.
Join at a Service Visit
If you are scheduling an Electrical Service Visit for repair, troubleshooting, or evaluation, you may enroll during that appointment.
When recommended work is approved and completed, your membership begins immediately and your service visit benefit is activated.
This is the most common way members start.
Join Proactively
If you don’t have an active issue but want structured oversight and added safety, you may enroll independently.
Your membership begins with a $349 Initial System Review — a structured Electrical Service Visit that establishes the baseline condition of your home’s electrical system.
This ensures every member begins with clarity, documented system insight, and a professional safety evaluation.
Senior Safety Membership
Designed for homeowners age 65+ who want added electrical safety oversight and structured support, while maintaining full independence and control over their home. This membership includes all benefits of the Home Systems Membership, plus additional safety-focused features.

🔎 Safety-Focused Annual Review
The Annual Electrical Health & Panel Review includes added attention to lighting access, switch placement, and potential fall-risk-related electrical concerns.
🛡 Senior Safety Support Visit
One additional annual visit focused on light-duty safety assistance to help reduce fall risk and unsafe ladder use.
Examples may include light bulb replacement (standard ceiling height), smoke detector battery replacement, minor safety-related adjustments, or visual inspection of concerns.
📞 Structured Safety Reminder Calls
Up to two courtesy calls per year to review smoke detector batteries, GFCI testing reminders, seasonal safety checks, or electrical concerns that may need attention.

Gift a Home Systems Membership
The Home Systems Membership or Senior Safety Membership may be purchased as a gift for a family member or loved one.
Gift memberships are purchased as a one-year commitment and include the required Initial System Review. The full first year is paid in advance, along with the Initial System Review, to activate the membership.
To begin, we require the recipient’s contact information so we can coordinate scheduling directly with them. The homeowner must be willing to participate, as all service decisions remain under their control.
This option is often used by families who want to provide added safety oversight while respecting the homeowner’s independence.
